My training methods bring together traditional martial arts conditioning and modern personal training theory and practice. You can expect to combine your work in the gym with some focus pad drills and kung training methods if you are so inclined. I believe that the fortitude of the mind plays a large role in forming good training habits and keeping on track with a journey to a healthier you. Therefore, you can expect to see some mindfulness exercises and meditative approaches in our sessions. Self-defence techniques are also an option for people interested in learning them.
